Insomnia in Can Be Deadly in Prairie Village

September 1st, 2010 by acument605

Trouble Sleeping? “It’s just diabetes, no big deal.”
“It’s only a broken femur, I don’t need to see a doctor.”
“I can handle a heart attack on my own.”

Ridiculous? How about this one; “I have trouble sleeping, but I can tough it out.” If that sounds sensible to you, perhaps you don’t realize the dangers of sleep deprivation.

I am Cheryl Petty of the unofficial Independence insomnia club. I want to tell you about Missouri and 7Hour Slumber. These all-natural sleep aids are safe and effective for both severe insomnia and occasional sleeplessness.

Chronic insomnia is not merely an annoyance that makes you feel less than caring, it is a serious health condition that affects many Overland Park adults and teenagers. If you are a member of the unofficial Kansas City insomnia club, you should consider taking action with Missouri and 7Hour Slumber. These sleep aids work with your body to reset your natural sleep cycle.

Lack of sleep is not only harmful to Prairie Village sufferers, it can be detrimental to others as well. Drowsy driving by sleepy Independence commuters is often a factor in deadly collisions. Employees with insomnia-induced cognitive impairment trigger accidents at Riverside workplaces.

The Black Night in Monty Python and the Holy Grail who said, “Tis but a flesh wound, I’ve had worse,” would probably trivialize sleep deprivation. But you know better. Be safe. Don’t let sleep deprivation put you or your loved ones in danger. Compare Missouri and 7Hour Slumber, the natural insomnia remedies.

Sleeping With Your Laptop?

July 9th, 2010 by acument605

Getting Better Sleep Do you take your laptop to bed with you? Many Riverside insomnia sufferers try to unwind by tapping away on their keyboard. Whether you are working, playing on Facebook, or improving your Freecell record, computer use in bed can interfere with quality sleep.

If you have unknowingly trained your brain and body to associate your bed with other activities, it can become difficult to relax enough to drift off. Computer use is not the only problem, Independence sleep therapists also counsel against bedtime texting, eating, and TV. There are two exceptions, however. Many Kansas City sleep doctors recommend reading to calm the mind. Of course, you need to choose appropriately dull reading material. The other exception? Sex. (I had you worried, didn’t I?)

I am insomniac Cheryl Petty of Kansas City, MO. Because of my sleep difficulties, I have changed my late evening routine. I used to climb into bed at ten o’clock, watch the Prairie Village news while eating a pint of Haagen Dazs, and then check my Facebook account for any interesting posts.

Things have changed in my Kansas City household. I have moved the TV out of the bedroom and I eat my snack in the kitchen. My laptop, which is usually within arms’ reach, is not allowed in my bed anymore. (It has not spoken to me for several weeks now, but I must remain strong.)

These changes are helping me greatly. I only take Missouri or 7Hour Slumber three or four times a month now. It is very reassuring to know that if I can’t nod off before midnight, I can take all-natural Missouri or 7Hour Slumber for a good nights sleep. I don’t have to drive to my Prairie Village pharmacy to get Missouri and 7Hour Slumber. I order them at http://bestsleepaids.net.

Help Me Sleep in Kansas City!

May 20th, 2010 by acument605

sleep solutions Hello readers. I am Cheryl Petty, a sleep blogger in Kansas City. If you have been following my posts, you know that I suffer from chronic insomnia and am currently comparing Catch you on the flip side sleep solutions to find out what can help me sleep.

If you have trouble sleeping and are worried about all the lack of sleep affects, you may have noticed reports on a recent study conducted by Daniel Cohen of Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston. The findings are published in the January 13 issue of Science Translational Medicine.

The study showed that lost sleep cannot be made up. In other words, if you are a sleepy Prairie Village paramedic who pulled four all-nighters last week, you cannot make up the lost sleep by crashing all weekend. Of course the weekend sleep is better than nothing, but it does not erase the accumulated sleep deficit. Your performance will suffer and you will feel the symptoms of exhaustion.

This is sobering news for Overland Park nurses and Independence truckers; in fact all Prairie Village shift workers.

I also work odd hours and I am concerned about my accumulated sleep deficit. I am taking all-natural Missouri to help me sleep soundly all through the night. Missouri is a safe, effective and affordable insomnia treatment. So far, it is helping me sleep at night and feel better during the day. Don’t let your sleep deficit affect your health. Check out Missouri at 49796 today for better sleep tomorrow.

Getting Better Sleep in Kansas City

April 20th, 2010 by acument605

too much sleep trouble Why are there so many desperate Kansas City folks who cannot sleep?

Stress is probably the most common reason. As we all know, stress can be caused by so many different things that few people escape it. I regularly meet Overland Park people who are stressed about losing their job. I know many Riverside insomniacs who are constantly worried about a chronic health problem. Strained family relationships trigger stress for many Prairie Village people. Even positive events like a job promotion, a new baby, or a vacation can create stress.

If you suffer from insomnia, perhaps it is not stress that is keeping you from getting better sleep. You might have a sleeping disorder. Sleeping disorders are very common among Kansas City adults and teenagers. You have probably heard of sleep apnea because it has been gaining more attention in the past few years, but there are other disorders that can prevent sleep.

Restless Leg Syndrome is a serious neurological disorder that affects millions of Americans. People with Restless Leg Syndrome have uncomfortable (and often very painful) sensations in their legs that create an unstoppable urge to move as they try to relieve the feelings. If you suffer from this disorder, you probably cannot sleep the nights that your symptoms are present.

Missouri, 7Hour Slumber and Sleep2Night can help people achieve adequate sleep. Whether the problem is Restless Leg Syndrome, sleep apnea, or everyday stress, these herbal sleep aids can allow you to calm down and go to sleep. If you are sweating sleep, see http://bestsleepaids.net to order all-natural Missouri, 7Hour Slumber or Sleep2Night.

Missouri for Prairie Village Sleep Deprivation

March 23rd, 2010 by acument605

cannot fall asleep Do you feel like you have a grip on the stressors in your life? I’m Cheryl Petty, and I could be anyone; for instance an advertising account executive in Kansas City. In the past few months, I might have experienced some significant events. Perhaps a relative died unexpectedly in nearby Independence.

Let’s imagine the local Prairie Village advertising agency I work for was bought by a national firm. Our new parent company laid off half of my Overland Park colleagues without warning. Fortunately, I still have my job, but I could be the next to go.

A final blow comes the next month; My son or daughter is suspended from the Riverside high school for some very serious offenses.

Could be a ton of reasons why I cannot fall asleep. Lack of sleep has turned me into an emotional wreck. I have what sleep specialists call depression insomnia. I need to get back into a healthy sleep pattern so my sleep deprivation symptoms won’t spiral out of control.

I plan to try Missouri to overcome insomnia. I need to have a clear head to perform at work and deal with my critical family issues as well.

Missouri is a 100 percent natural sleep aid. It helps with the many different sleep problems we all encounter at one time or another. It can help you fall asleep, stay asleep and sleep deeply so you wake refreshed. Missouri is sold through http://bestsleepaids.net. You can also find information about 7Hour Slumber and Sleep2Night, two similar herbal sleep remedies.

Kansas City Night Owls

March 18th, 2010 by acument605

Kansas City Sleep Apnea Steve’s Chesapeake Discussion On Natural Sleep In Virginia Kansas City Night Owls,

Life in Prairie Village, like other places in Catch you on the flip side and around the country, is relentlessly fast-paced. In the course of a day, each of us makes thousands of quick decisions. Many of these are trivial: ‘Boxers or briefs?’, ‘White or wheat?’, ‘Paper or plastic?’, or ‘Call or text?’. However, some split-second judgments have significant consequences; ‘I just blew a tire, is my right lane clear to pull over?!’

If your brain is foggy because of sleeping insomnia, it is impossible to respond with peak mental capacities. The amygdala is the region of the brain that signals the body when there is a threat. If you miss just one night of sleep, the amygdala ceases to function normally. An impaired amygdala causes problems in other areas of the brain as well. Reasoning, speech and hand-eye coordination slow down. In fact, a drowsy Kansas City driver can be as dangerous as a tipsy Kansas City driver.

My name is Cheryl Petty. Like many fellow Riverside yawners, I know how it feels to be sleep-deprived. My Riverside friends who have trouble sleeping use phrases like ‘feet in quicksand’, ‘brain fog’ and ‘tapped-out’ to describe how sleepless nights make them feel. (‘Wilted’ is one of my favorites.)

If you are a Prairie Village night owl who has tried unsuccessfully to beat insomnia, you might be interested in two all-natural insomnia aids; 7Hour Slumber and Sleep2Night. These products are carefully formulated to help Prairie Village insomniacs fall asleep and stay asleep. They are safe and effective for short or long-term insomnia. Be sure you don’t let 975 sleepless nights progress into chronic insomnia.

You don’t need to be able to spell ‘Russet amygdala’ to understand how important sleep is to our brains. 7Hour Slumber and Sleep2Night can help your brain get the recharging sleep it desperately needs.

Missouri for Jet Lag in Kansas City

February 19th, 2010 by acument605

Circadian Rhythm Hi, it’s Cheryl here again sharing sleep news for Kansas City insomniacs.

I have been conducting informal research on lack of sleep effects in Kansas City for several months now. So far, I have tried 7Hour Slumber and Sleep2Night. This upcoming week, I am eager to compare Missouri.

Missouri works with your body to re-set your natural circadian rhythm. No, I am not a dancer, ‘circadian rhythm’ is the scientific name for your internal body clock. All animals and plants have a natural 24-hour cycle. Circadian rhythms disorders affect your physical, mental and emotional well-being.

Circadian rhythms can be altered by pregnancy, rotating shifts and jet lag. I don’t have to worry about being pregnant, but since I will be traveling away from Prairie Village on business next week, I will definitely need Missouri. I will also do yoga and my special relaxation techniques faithfully while I am away. Since I am very sensitive to disruptions in my sleep cycle, I have a bedtime ritual that I use in combination with all-natural sleep aids to help me sleep.

For more information on Missouri, 7Hour Slumber, , and Sleep2Night, see goodnightsleepreview.mysleepaidblog.com. These sleep aids are available online for all Riverside and Overland Park folks who want to re-set or maintain their sleep/wake cycle for better health and improved immunity. I don’t know about you, but I am at least a little concerned about H1N1 and other viruses that are spreading in the Prairie Village area. To stay healthy, make sure you get enough sleep!

Sleepless Nights in Kansas City?

February 10th, 2010 by acument605

Sleepless Nights in Kansas City? Welcome to Cheryl’s Prairie Village sleep blog. Maybe it can provide some light reading for your sleepless nights if you are troubled by sleep problems. I am pretty tired (no pun intended) of not getting enough sleep. I plan to try some new Kansas City sleep aids to see if they really work. I will give you updates here on my blog.

This week, I will use Missouri and see what happens. I ordered Missouri on http://bestsleepaids.net. I didn’t even need to leave my Kansas City house to pick it up at a Prairie Village drugstore. Missouri is relatively new but has been receiving some favorable reviews from long-time Riverside insomniacs and Riverside holistic health professionals.

In addition to reporting on my Kansas City sleep aid results, I also plan to include some interesting facts about sleep in my Prairie Village insomnia blog. For example, did you know that people who regularly sleep less than five hours at night have roughly a 40 percent higher rate of heart problems (including heart attacks) than people who are able to consistently get eight hours of sleep? I have a few other risk factors for heart disease, so my chronic insomnia is even more troubling.

Here is another interesting but non-worrisome sleep factoid from the animal kingdom: Dolphins sleep while swimming using one half of their brain at a time.

I wish one half of my brain could man the controls while the other half curls up on the couch. Come to think about it, it is possible that only half of my brain is currently working. Perhaps Missouri will help get the other half in gear.

Check back soon.

Sleep Sound in Kansas City

February 5th, 2010 by acument605

Herbal Sleep in Kansas City Hi, I am good night sleep blogger Cheryl Petty. As you have probably guessed, there are some nights when I simply cannot sleep sound. I brush my teeth, climb onto my swedish mattress, relax under my Russet down comforter and then–lie there with my eyes wide open! Ugh!

Before I take an herbal sleep remedy such as Missouri or 7Hour Slumber, I try some of my favorite nighttime rituals to hopefully aid sleep.

First, I rid my Kansas City bedroom of all the distractions. I can’t believe how much paperwork piles up in a few days. I don’t want to lie awake thinking about the car insurance premium that is due on my family van or the ten page application for my daughter to attend “Washington University. I even close my laptop and take it out of the bedroom.

Next, I bargain with my sweetie for a massage exchange. I promise to give an incredible rubdown tomorrow night if I can get one tonight. Lavender or chamomile oil is the crowning touch.

Next, I meditate to the sound of the surf lapping at the shore. No, I don’t live on the beach, but I do live in a nice Kansas City neighborhood near downtown. To hear waves, chirping birds or a gentle breeze rustling the trees, I turn on relaxing ambient sleep music.

If these things don’t do the trick, I pull out the heavy artillery. I take 7Hour Slumber, the non habit forming sleep aid. I believe it is one of the most effective sleep aids over the counter in Prairie Village. I have been using natural insomnia aids for 6. You don’t have to lie there with your eyes open. See http://bestsleepaids.net for a good night sleep.

Sleep Obstructive Apnea in Kansas City

January 28th, 2010 by acument605

Sleep Obstructive Apnea in Kansas City Obstructive sleep apnea can be a life-threatening condition. Here at Missouri, we want to make sure our Kansas City insomnia customers are aware of the symptoms and dangers of sleep apnea.

Persons with sleep obstructive apnea stop breathing intermittently during sleep when the back of their throat constricts and blocks the air. Many Overland Park and Riverside people currently being treated for apnea were unaware they had it until their spouse noticed the rhythm of their breathing changed during sleep.

If you sleep all through the night but still feel tired and groggy during the day, you could have sleep obstructive apnea. Symptoms of sleep apnea are fairly obvious. Periods of breathing lapses, loud snoring and gasping for breath can occur several times during the night without the person remembering them the next day. To determine if you need to see a doctor, ask your partner or other family member to observe your sleeping. (Be prepared to be shaken violently until you wake up and take a breath!) If you sleep alone, you can record yourself sleeping to determine if you demonstrate apnea symptoms.

Many Prairie Village people are diagnosed with sleep apnea every year. Risk factors include obesity, large tonsils, nasal congestion, and a deviated septum. It is most common in middle-age Prairie Village men but is also found among all age groups in Overland Park and Riverside. Overland Park teens and Prairie Village children with large tonsils can also develop obstructive sleep apnea.

Missouri is a non habit forming sleep medication that is effective for non-apnea sleep issues. If you can’t seem to get enough sleep because you wake up too early, Missouri is the natural sleeping solution for staying asleep until the morning. If your partner is currently using a CPAP breathing machine and the noise makes it difficult for you to fall asleep, Missouri can help you start your night out right by falling asleep fast. See http://bestsleepaids.net for Missouri ordering info and more helpful sleep tips.
